By accessing or using the website located at www.bigspringinsulation.com or by requesting services from Big Spring Insulation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or request our services.
Big Spring Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation and air sealing services in Big Spring, TX and surrounding communities. Services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and related work.
All services are subject to a separate written service agreement or proposal agreed upon by both parties before work begins. These Terms and Conditions govern the general relationship between you and Big Spring Insulation in the absence of, or in addition to, a specific project agreement.
All estimates provided by Big Spring Insulation are free and non-binding unless confirmed in a written proposal signed by both parties. Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of the site visit. Final pricing may change if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project - such as hidden damage, hazardous materials, or access issues not visible during the initial assessment. Any price adjustments will be communicated to you before work continues.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to revise pricing after 30 days due to changes in material costs or project scope.
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to provide reasonable notice may result in a cancellation fee as stated in your project agreement.
Big Spring Insulation reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment availability, or crew safety concerns. We will notify you as early as possible and work with you to find the next available time.
Payment terms are specified in the written proposal for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept payment by cash, check, and electronic transfer. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee as outlined in your project agreement.
Disputed charges must be raised in writing within 10 business days of receiving an invoice. We will work in good faith to resolve any billing disputes promptly.
Big Spring Insulation warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any warranty on materials or products installed is provided by the manufacturer and is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. We do not extend independent warranties on manufacturer-supplied products beyond what the manufacturer provides.
Warranty claims for workmanship must be submitted in writing within one year of project completion. Our liability under any workmanship warranty is limited to re-performing the defective work at no additional charge. This is your sole remedy for warranty claims.
THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BIG SPRING INSULATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE, YOUR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION ON THIS SITE, OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In no event shall our total liability to you for any claims arising from services rendered exceed the total amount paid by you for those services.
If a dispute arises between you and Big Spring Insulation relating to these Terms or the services we provide, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at estimates@bigspringinsulation.com. We will make a good-faith effort to respond and resolve any issue within 15 business days.
If informal resolution is not successful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Big Spring, TX, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree in writing to another method of resolution.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms that is not subject to arbitration shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of it. All content on this website, including text, images, and graphics, is the property of Big Spring Insulation unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from this site without our written permission.
